Treecapital AI is dedicated to fostering a safe, ethical, and innovative environment for the use of our AI technologies, including ANVEN 1.0. By accessing or utilizing ANVEN, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”). We update this policy periodically to reflect new safety standards; the latest version is always available at treecapital.ai/use-policy.
To ensure ANVEN remains a force for good, you agree not to use—or allow others to use—the model for the following:
● Criminal Activity: Promoting, planning, or engaging in any unlawful acts, including terrorism, violence, or organized crime.
● Child Safety: Any exploitation of minors, including the creation or distribution of harm-related content.
● Human Rights: Engaging in human trafficking, sexual violence, or non-consented sexual solicitation.
● Harassment: Promoting or facilitating the bullying, threatening, or abuse of individuals or groups.
● Discrimination: Using the model to facilitate unlawful discrimination in employment (including via HRPlace), credit, housing, or essential services.
● Unlicensed Practice: Using ANVEN to provide unauthorized professional advice in legal, medical, or financial sectors.
● Data Privacy: Collecting or inferring sensitive personal information (health, identity, or demographics) without explicit legal consent.
● Intellectual Property: Generating content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
● Weaponry & Warfare: Use of ANVEN for military applications, espionage, or the development of weapons (nuclear, biological, chemical, or firearms).
● Critical Infrastructure: Managing life-critical systems, heavy machinery, or transportation technologies where AI failure could lead to physical harm.
● Self-Harm: Generating content that encourages suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
● Controlled Substances: Promoting the illegal distribution of drugs or regulated materials.
● Malware: Creating viruses, malicious code, or attempting to disrupt the operation of any computer system or website.
● Circumvention: Intentionally bypassing ANVEN’s safety filters or usage restrictions.
●Disinformation: Generating fraudulent content, fake reviews, spam, or defamatory statements.
● Impersonation: Pretending to be another individual without legal right or representing AI-generated content as being purely human-produced.
As a developer using Treecapital AI materials, you are required to disclose any known risks of your AI system to your end-users. You must not represent that outputs from third-party tools or harmful software are associated with or endorsed by Treecapital AI or ANVEN.
Multimodal Models: Please note that rights for certain multimodal capabilities within the ANVEN suite may be restricted for individuals or entities domiciled within the European Union, subject to local regulatory alignment. Check our full license agreement for specific regional compliance details.
